Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and sealed items to ensure maximum freshness and safety for all our customers.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea remains in its original, unopened heat-sealed packaging and place it securely in a shipping box with your order details.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
